The Aiden is the compact cottage RJM is developing now. Its 15 × 49-foot footprint is approximately 735 square feet, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The design uses a single-pitch roof and an efficient rectangular form. Final room dimensions, living area, finishes and homesite requirements are confirmed with the project plans.
