Land can be part of the conversation. Tell us the area and budget you have in mind so we can help you consider whether a property fits the home and the work it will need.

You can contact us before financing is in place. We can discuss the proposed home and scope, then work with you as you talk to a lender about your borrowing options and budget.

Your written proposal and specifications define what is included. Land, site preparation, utilities, permits and finishes can change the total. We review those details for your project rather than present a one-size-fits-all price.

Discuss the changes with us before construction. We will review feasibility, cost and scheduling impacts. Approved changes belong in the written project documents, not just a text message.

The schedule depends on the plan, site conditions, permitting, selections and construction conditions. We establish the project schedule after the scope is reviewed and keep updates in RJM Build.

Invited homeowners can sign into RJM Build to see the project information shared with them, including updates, documents and decisions. The portal only shows information your account is authorized to access.

Contractors with an RJM Build account can sign in. Contractors working through a project invitation should use the secure link sent by RJM. That link connects the contractor to the correct project and assigned work.

A completed project in our gallery is an example of our work, not an offer for sale. The available-homes page only shows homes specifically marked as available.
